A permanent position has become available in the Adult Social Care Eastbourne and South Wealden Neighbourhood Support Team for a full‑time Resource Officer.
By joining our team, you will make a real difference to adults across our community. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage a varied caseload, carrying out Care Act 2014 assessments and reviews, identifying safeguarding needs, and commissioning the right support to help people live independently. You’ll work closely with partner agencies, carers, and families to build strong support networks, while contributing your insight to key projects and ensuring the continued success of this high achieving team. With growing demand, we’re embracing new ways of working, offering you the chance to learn, innovate, and make your mark within an evolving and supportive service.
Hybrid working arrangements are applicable to the role. This includes elements of office-based working, home visits and working from home. You will need to demonstrate you can meet the travel requirements of the role.
