Do you want to drive positive change and contract delivery support to East Sussex Schools, academies, and non-school sites? This role will support and work alongside a vital and exciting team of contract professionals to deliver high quality contract services to wide ranging facilities in the county.
ESCC Property sits within the Business Services department and oversees a large portfolio of properties across the county including corporate buildings. This role will be part of the Facilities team and will be managed by the soft FM and contracts services manager. Working closely with the FM Contracts teams in property, and Business services, this role will be critical in Service to Schools contract delivery and support.
The Contracts function at the County Council delivers contract management and strategic support to multiple schools, academies and non-school sites. The maintenance section of the Property team leads on planned maintenance to the education portfolio and delivers capital and revenue projects to ESCC’s property portfolio to provide an energy efficient, safe, and well-maintained environment.
This role will have one direct report, and will be responsible for coordinating multiple contracts, related finances and contractors, and will work closely with Business services to ensure key deliverables are maintained and met.
