In this role, you will provide high-quality legal support on a range of Adult Social Care matters, contributing to the delivery of effective services for residents. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure robust and practical legal advice is provided. You will be part of an excellent legal team, providing legal advice and conducting case work, predominantly in relation to Court of Protection and mental capacity and Adult Social Care more generally.
We are looking for an experienced solicitor who has:
- Knowledge and experience of ASC/mental capacity law and practice
- Ability to provide prompt and accurate legal advice
- Clarity in both written and oral communications
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of personnel/organisations
- Ability to work within a team and when necessary independently
