You will be responsible for developing, managing and co-ordinating project processes for the new school-aged childcare strategy. The post will work directly to the Extended School-Aged Childcare Manager and will support the effective operation of the project by providing specialist project support to the strategy. Together you will establish working relationships with senior school and setting leaders to support the delivery of the strategy and to facilitate collaborative working.
Maintain systems to plan, track, monitor and report on the strategy
Develop and maintain a library of case studies
Hold master copies of all project information
RQF level 2 in English and Maths or ability to pass assessment at interview
Ability to plan and organise a varied workload for self and others, working to short deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people in a clear, concise and accurate manner, changing messages to suit different audiences.
Ability to monitor budgets effectively to support the Early Years Extended Childcare Manager in DfE monitoring returns.
Ability to work on own initiative without close supervision
Working knowledge of project management methods.
