Working with senior leaders and partners across health and social care, you'll lead high-profile transformation projects that improve recruitment, retention, wellbeing and professional practice. We are looking for candidates who have
Experience of leading workforce transformation, organisational development or strategic change programmes within Adult Social Care, Health, or a related public sector setting.
Project and programme management skills, with experience of delivering complex initiatives on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
Ability to develop practical workforce solutions by understanding workforce challenges, using data and evidence to inform decision-making, and translating national and local policy into effective practice.
Communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build productive relationships, negotiate effectively and work collaboratively with senior leaders, partners, and staff at all levels.
Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, support and develop individuals and teams to achieve shared goals and high performance.
