You will work with partners to develop consistent approaches to equality data collection and reporting. You’ll help seldom heard or underserved communities, using insights from your sources to inform service improvements and promote earlier access to appropriate mental health support.
You will predominantly work from home, with occasional travel.
We are looking for candidates who have
- Ability to communicate and engage effectively with a range of people and communities.
- Ability to analyse, interpret and present data.
- Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion legislation.
- Knowledge of health and social care systems relating to mental health.
- Experience working with community groups, particularly those affected by inequality or disadvantage.
- Experience of planning and delivering presentations, workshops or training.
