- Have proven experience administering and configuring Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment, including governance, security and compliance.
- Can translate business needs into secure, scalable Microsoft 365 and automation solutions.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage technical risk and complex issues.
- Can plan, prioritise and manage competing workloads, often to short deadlines.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a wide range of audiences and build strong collaborative relationships.
- Understand data protection legislation, governance and compliance requirements.
- Are motivated to support innovation, including AI, automation and digital transformation across services.
