This is a technical role providing ongoing administration, support, maintenance, and development across our identity and collaboration platforms, helping to ensure it remains secure, resilient, and highly available. Working as part of a skilled technical team, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and resolving issues, implementing service improvements, and ensuring our services are optimised for performance, security, governance, and user experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration who enjoys delivering high-quality IT support, working collaboratively, and developing their technical skills within a supportive team.
Experience in delivering and supporting directory and collaboration Services.
Experience administering or configuring Microsoft 365 services with a strong understanding governance, identity, security and compliance, and experience integrating M365 tools with existing systems and data sources.
Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people in a clear, concise and accurate manner, changing messages to suit different audiences, using customer‑focused skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team and be able to develop professional relationships across teams and services to achieve shared aims.
Ability to demonstrate resilience, an example of which could be responding to a difficult situation.
