Could your analytical skills help us support families in East Sussex?
We’re looking for analysts to help us integrate, visualise and interpret data about families, the services we provide and their outcomes. You’ll help us support the right families, with the right services, at the right time. We’re developing new data capabilities in an exciting project as part of a national programme.
You’ll be working with colleagues in Data and Research and across Children’s Services to build new data integration capabilities and data visualisations.
You’ll deliver greater insight on vulnerability and disadvantage of families living in East Sussex. This will help the Council and other public services plan and target their help to families to build on their strengths and make improvements to their lives. You’ll enable us to track our activities and assess their impact, so we can continue improving our services to families.
We’re hiring people for full or part-time hours up to 3 full time posts. Roles are for 1 or 2 years. We offer flexible working. Each week, you’ll spend time with our friendly team in County Hall, Lewes and work from home.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for expertise in data analysis and statistical techniques, experience of using data visualisation software, and ideally with proven SQL skills. You’re a flexible team worker with initiative. You protect sensitive data, and you’re keen to provide data analysis and visualisations which really make an impact.
