We are recruiting for an Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to work on a 1:1 basis within an EYFS classroom. You will be working with a child who needs support to access the curriculum. The support will take place, predominately, in their classrooms supported by their Class Teacher.

Experience of supporting children with autism or speech and communication needs would be beneficial to the role, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to provide the very best education possible.

About the role:

Individual Needs Assistant (Single Status Grade 3) Salary £24,796 per annum (pro rata). We are looking for a part-time Individual Needs Assistant for 12 hours a week, Thursday and Friday - 8.45am to 3.15pm.
