As a Senior Business Administrator in the Early Help Service you will play a key role in supporting your team to deliver services efficiently and effectively. Your work ensures that customer and client enquiries are handled promptly, records are kept accurate and up to date, and colleagues have the support they need to perform at their best.

Alongside day-to-day administrative duties, you may also take on more specialised tasks such as minute-taking for complex meetings, financial reconciliation, and project support. This role offers a valuable opportunity to understand how Early Help services make a real difference in people’s lives. Working collaboratively with team members across the office, remotely, or in the community, you will need to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to interruptions while keeping the team running smoothly.

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • RQF Level 2 English or able to pass an assessment at interview.
  • Ability to effectively organise and prioritise own and team workload to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to undertake a diverse workload and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to minute and produce accurate records of meetings.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
