Do you want to help people get back to being independent following a period of illness or injury? If so, then this could be the role for you.

As a therapy assistant, you will work as part of our multi-disciplinary team to assess client’s current function and work with others to provide rehabilitation and safe and timely discharge planning to enable clients to regain independence and safely return home.

You will be working within a therapy team of occupational therapists and physiotherapists holding a case load. This is a really rewarding role allowing you to see first hand the positive impact your role is having in getting people back to being independent and remaining at home.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Can work independently and work autonomously to manage a case load effectively.

  • Have effective communication skills

  • Are positive and proactive.

  • Have a full UK driving licence with own transport
