Senior Instructor in Eastbourne

We are seeking passionate and energetic Senior instructor for a 12 month fixed term position to support a range of activity delivery across our sites in 2026.

As a Senior Instructor, you’ll lead sessions, support instructors, and help manage the daily operations of our busy outdoor centres. You’ll be based across three stunning sites — Eastbourne for sailing and windsurfing, Cuckmere for paddle sports, and Bushy Wood for land-based and residential activities. You’ll oversee delivery standards, mentor instructors, and ensure our high-quality safety and learning procedures are maintained across all activities.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a relevant senior qualification such as RYA Senior Instructor, PaddleUK Paddlesport Coach or Leader, Mountain Training CWI, or ERCA High Ropes Instructor.
• Can work confidently with groups from a range of ages and abilities.
• Have strong communication and organisational skills.
