Senior Business Analyst in Eastbourne

Children’s Services are recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to join the Shared Care Information Systems (SCIS) Team, which delivers system developments for Education, Early Help and Social Care.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead developments to the education EYES Liquidlogic systems and design, build and implement new modules ensuring compliance with local and national requirements as well as providing ongoing continual system improvements.

You will be part of a team of Senior Business Analysts, each leading on a particular system/service area. You will work flexibly to cover for each other when needed, with occasional weekend working to support system upgrades.

You will line manage a small team of Business Analysts motivating and coaching them whilst overseeing compliance with business analysis standards and techniques.

• Can translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Enjoys finding simple, efficient solutions to complex issues

Whilst we offer flexible working, providing you with the necessary equipment to work between home and the office you will be required to attend the office in Eastbourne, East Sussex a minimum of 1 day per week and must demonstrate how you will manage this within your application.
