Use your expertise in social care and early Help practice to improve the digital experience for children, families and practitioners.
We’re looking for a social care and early help practice‑focused Senior Business Analyst to keep our core case management and engagement platforms running smoothly and evolving with the service.
You’ll be the central point of contact for colleagues and partners on our key systems, including Liquidlogic (LCS/EHM) ensuring they’re maintained, enhanced and understood across the service. You’ll support troubleshooting, data quality, coordinate the practice implementation of new features and communicate changes clearly to users. You’ll also manage and develop our digital engagement platforms — the Digital Hive and Mind of My Own — including content updates, user approvals, newsletters, and efficient starter/leaver processes that keep access accurate and compliant.
A key part of the job is championing practice development and the voice of children and families: designing, analysing and reporting surveys, supporting practice development events, and shaping digital tools and resources that underpin high‑quality practice. You’ll work closely with Information Security and Information Governance on risk assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments, and audit user activity to assure compliance with protocols and data protection standards.
You’ll collaborate widely with colleagues, partners and external agencies to drive digital innovation and service improvement. The role also includes day‑to‑day management of staff in the duplicates project and contributions to wider strategic objectives across the Connected Practice team. You will have a thorough understanding and experience of safeguarding practice in social care and early help practice.
The role is full-time fixed term for 12 months and open to secondment. Please note you will need your managers approval for secondment.
