If you want to support older people to access the day centre and support them to maintain their social relationships and access community activities, apply now!

As a driver for Milton Grange Day Centre, you can make a real difference to a person’s life by transporting them to the service. We will require you to safely transport clients to and from the Day Centre. You will also be responsible for weekly and monthly checks on the vehicles, reporting any concerns to management, as well as keeping the bus clean and well-maintained in order to operate our professional service.

We are looking for people who:

  • Already have acquired D1 on their licence or be happy to take on the training to acquire this.
  • Are good-natured, kind, and considerate.
  • Are flexible with your approach to others.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
  • Are willing to undertake specific work-related training.
