If you do, then are you interested in business administration work? No previous administrative experience is needed, just a passion for customer service and a desire to support our community.
Our Administrators play a key role in supporting East Sussex County Council – helping us to provide a better service to the people of East Sussex. It’s a fast paced and varied role, but we’ll make sure that you get all of the training and support you need to succeed.
This is an entry level role which offers the opportunity for growth within a public sector career. You will be communicating with members of the public, as well as other professionals both on the telephone and in writing.
We are looking for candidates who bring to the role:
- Ability to communicate
- Ability to manage change effectively
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Self-motivation and resilience under pressure
- Collaborative working skills
- Confident with figures, financial processes and spreadsheets
