Do you have experience in administration with a range of systems and are a good communicator, someone who can work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands? If so, we would love to hear from you. An exciting opportunity has arisen in the East Sussex Education Division, for the role of a part time, full year Business Administrator within the Specialist Teaching Services Admin Team based at Battle Teaching and Learning Centre. We are part of a Local Authority dedicated to championing change for children. You will play a key role in supporting the Council - helping us provide a better service to the people of East Sussex. It’s fast-paced and varied, but we’ll make sure you get all the training and support you need to succeed.
Our administrative team provides support across a wide range of services, including Teaching and Learning Provision, Elective Home Education, Interim Provision, English as an Additional Language and the Sensory Needs Service. In this role, you’ll contribute to several of these areas, offering a valuable opportunity to gain insight into the East Sussex Education Division while applying your existing skills and developing new ones. The successful candidate will have the following:
