We are a caring and supportive team, and we pride ourselves on our extensive, in‑house training programme. We support individuals to regain their independence following an accident or a period of illness, and we help them to remain in their own home.
As a Team Leader you will support and manage a team of Support Workers, being the first point of contact for Support Workers for advice, including at evenings and weekends. You'll oversee people’s review visits and will lead and develop key areas of the service, for example medication and Equality & Diversity.
We are looking to invest in talented individuals who want to connect with people. Experience in care is not essential.

Please note you will need to demonstrate your ability to meet the travel requirements of the role. The role involves working shifts between the hours of 7 am and 10 pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
