As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst you will play a key role in enhancing the Council’s understanding of the independent care market in East Sussex. Your work will involve analysing and reporting on a wide range of data and information in a busy, dynamic environment, supporting others and managing competing demands.
Responsibilities
- In this newly created role you will collate, interpret and disseminate a diverse range of complex data and information related to the independent sector and Supply Management activities, adding value and generating meaningful insight.
- You will also manage the time‑critical monitoring of homecare call data, communicate and negotiate with providers to reconcile and improve data accuracy, and support providers to encourage long‑term behaviour change.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience of using Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Ability to identify and resolve data quality issues
- Excellent data visualisation and report building skills
- Strong communication skills with a range of people in a clear, concise and accurate manner
