Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons across Levels 1 & 2 in Brickwork (Level 3 desirable)
- Supporting, assessing, and monitoring student progress, providing feedback and guidance
- Contributing to quality assurance and continuous improvement processes
- Keeping up to date with industry developments and participating in staff training
Qualifications
- A Level 2 qualification in Brickwork (ideally Level 3) or equivalent
- Relevant industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of current practices and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one
Benefits
- Hours: Full time – 37 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year.
