We are recruiting for teaching roles within our Early Years provision for the 2026/27 academic year and are keen to hear from individuals with experience and passion in this specialist area. These opportunities sit exclusively within Early Years education and childcare, and we welcome interest from both qualified teachers and industry professionals looking to move into teaching. We are particularly keen to connect with individuals who are committed to developing the next generation of Early Years practitioners.
This exciting role will include:
- Delivering engaging, practical and theory-based Early Years lessons to a range of learners
- Joining a specialist Early Years teaching team and contributing to curriculum delivery
- Supporting students through the tutorial and pastoral support programmes
- Teaching across a range of Early Years qualifications, including NCFE/CACHE with a focus on T Level Education and L2 Early Years.
If you can demonstrate the following, then we’d love to hear from you:
- Recent industry experience within Early Years or childcare
- Relevant Early Years or childcare qualifications
- Assessor/IQA qualification (desirable but not essential)
College location: Based at our Eastbourne Campus.
Hours: Full Time – 37 Hours/52.14 Weeks
Start date: August 2026
