We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join our dedicated team for a maternity cover position, teaching Level 2 students from August 2026 to February 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of learners, working within a welcoming and collaborative Further Education environment. You will play a pivotal role in course leading, teaching, and possibly assessing, depending on your experience.
Responsibilities
- Leading and delivering engaging lessons for Level 2 Early Years students
- Providing pastoral support and guidance to learners throughout their studies
- Course leading and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning (If applicable)
- Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback
Qualifications
- Experience teaching Level 2 Early Years courses within a Further Education setting
- A teaching and assessing qualification (or willingness to gain one)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
