Do you understand Tik Toks, Reels and shorts as well as the more traditional channels? Are you confident replying to DMs, comments and feedback? Every day is quite different in this dynamic role and will give you the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects. Based at our Eastbourne campus with some travel required to our other campuses in Hastings, Lewes, Newhaven when required.
This full-time role involves creating content and posting/campaigning on the College's social media and digital channels to develop engaging relationships with our stakeholders and build our online communities, helping to promote brand awareness and raising the profile of the College.
You will be digitally native, aware of the ever-changing social media algorithms, love to create content and eager to learn about how to build strong and lasting brand values. Supported by the Press and PR executives and part of the marketing team, the role will work closely in collaboration with the Director of Marketing to create consistent, complementary, and well-timed campaigns.
We’re looking for someone who is a familiar Social Media user, with some experience in a similar role, enthusiastic, highly organised but flexible with abilities to deliver engaging creative content – written, images and some video. The role is fast-paced with a quick turnaround, full of variety with lots of scope to develop skills in an innovative Communications environment.
