Are you looking for a rewarding teaching role where you can make a real difference? Do you want to support students in developing the skills they need for employment and further education? Our Pathways team is expanding to our Lewes campus, and we’re looking for a passionate Employability Teacher to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with motivated learners, delivering Level 1 and Level 2 programmes while helping students build confidence, independence, and essential life skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. This is a part‑time role, working Monday and Tuesday.
Responsibilities
- Delivering engaging Level 1 and Level 2 employability programmes
- Teaching core English and Maths up to GCSE level
- Supporting learners with a range of abilities to achieve their personal goals
- Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience teaching English and Maths up to GCSE level
- Experience supporting learners with additional needs (desirable)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed
