Our workshops enable students to develop their skills, preparing them for work placements to ensure comprehensive training before entering the workforce. Using your practical experience and knowledge, you’ll support students at our Ore Valley site to excel in carpentry and joinery. You’ll teach Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 City & Guilds Diplomas, providing both theoretical and practical skills to produce high-quality bench and site joinery. Applicants should have teaching experience and preferably knowledge of the C&G carpentry curricula to plan and deliver effective lessons. A genuine passion for passing on skills, guiding, inspiring students, motivating them to learn, and assessing their practical work is essential. Ability to present real-world problems, engage in open discussions, and maintain accurate records of student progress is required.
