- Teaching across a range of programmes from Functional Skills to GCSE to a range of learners.

- A student-centred approach with the ability to differentiate and assess effectively.
- The ability to make maths engaging, accessible, and relevant, helping students build confidence as well as technical competence.
- Strong subject knowledge with a willingness to adapt teaching approaches, use practical or real-world examples, and embed numeracy skills that support progression into further study or employment.
