We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to provide ad hoc cover within our on‑site coffee shop. This role is ideal if you’re seeking flexible, casual work to cover absences, peak periods or busy events, while being part of a supportive and welcoming team environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing high‑quality customer service during ad hoc and short‑notice shifts
- Preparing and serving drinks and food to brand standards and recipes
- Maintaining stock levels, displays and fridges in line with health & safety requirements
- Operating the till, handling cash and supporting sales through confident product knowledge
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail (desirable but not essential)
- Flexibility and reliability to support ad hoc and cover shifts
- A positive, “can‑do” attitude with empathy for working with young people
- A catering or food‑related qualification would be an advantage, but is not essential
