East Sussex College’s Apprenticeships Team is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Part-Time Administrator to support the day-to-day administration for all of our college apprentices. Working right at the heart of our operations, you will keep key systems updated and build strong connections with learners, assessors, and external partners.
This exciting role will include:
- System Management: Accurately entering data and tracking learner progress across college systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Handling daily phone and email queries from learners, cross-college teams, and sub-contracting partners.
- Staff & Assessor Support: Assisting assessors with digital systems and smooth administrative workflows.
If you can demonstrate the following, then we’d love to hear from you:
- Administrative Experience: Proven track record in a dedicated administrative or operational function.
- Customer Service Focus: Strong communication skills with front-facing customer service and telephone experience.
- Tech Proficiency: Sound understanding of IT systems, business processes, and database management.
- Organization: Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Annual salary: Circa £24,500 FTE - £13,200 Actual
- (Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)
- Hours: Part Time, Permanent - 20 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year
