We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Public Uniformed Services professional to join our team and help shape the future workforce. Working with ambitious learners, you'll deliver inspiring lessons, share real-world knowledge, and play a key role in preparing students for successful careers in the sector. No teaching experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive support and teacher training to help you succeed.

This exciting role will include:

  • Joining an innovative team, welcoming of new ideas and experience.
  • Delivery to a range of UPS students across their Qualifications.
  • Working collaboratively across the organisation to deliver engaging and informative sessions.

If you can demonstrate the following, then we’d love to hear from you:

  • Minimum of 3 years industry experience in a Public Uniform Service.
  • Proven career experience.
  • Ambitious and collaborative.
  • For many of our teaching roles, we welcome applications from candidates at any stage of their career, including industry professionals with no/limited teaching experience. We are able to offer teacher development & qualifications to enable teaching success.

College location: Based at our Eastbourne campus.

Annual salary: circa Β£31,000 - Β£43,000 FTE (Β£12,500 - Β£17,400 actual)

(Subject to qualifications, skills and experience – please note the top of the payscale is reserved for highly qualified and experienced teachers.)

Hours: Part time – 15 Hours / 52.14 weeks (Tuesday & Wednesday)
