Join a supportive and experienced Plumbing team where you'll play a key role in inspiring learners and helping them develop the skills needed for successful careers in the trade.

Working with a range of full‑time, part‑time and apprenticeship students, you'll combine your vocational expertise with hands‑on teaching to bring the industry to life. This exciting role will include:

  • Delivering high‑quality practical and theory sessions across Level 1 and Level 2 Plumbing courses, with potential for Level 3 delivery.
  • Supporting and motivating students across full‑time, part‑time and apprenticeship programmes.
  • Working collaboratively within a skilled and experienced team to provide an engaging learning experience.
  • Helping learners develop the technical knowledge, practical skills and professional behaviours required by industry.

If you can demonstrate the following, then we'd love to hear from you:

  • A creative, highly motivated and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
  • A minimum Level 2 Plumbing qualification (Level 3 desirable).
  • Relevant vocational and industry experience within the plumbing sector.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a passion for supporting learner success.
