This exciting role will include:

• Teaching across a range of programmes from Functional Skills to GCSE English with a diverse range of learners.
• Contributing to a collaborative and committed English & Maths team.
• Using data and assessment to monitor progress and raise achievement.
• Delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.

• A student-centred approach with the ability to differentiate learning and assess effectively.
• The ability to make English engaging, accessible, and relevant, helping students build confidence in literacy and communication.
• Strong subject knowledge with a willingness to adapt teaching approaches, use real-world contexts, and support learners to progress into further study or employment.
