We are seeking a sessional lecturer to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 counselling courses at our Hastings and Eastbourne campuses. This exciting role will include:
- Teaching Level 1 and Level 2 Counselling
- Being part of a passionate and experienced team
- Helping students to develop personally, professionally and academically
If you can demonstrate the following, then we’d love to hear from you:
- Qualified person‑centred or humanistic counsellor
- Ability to work alone with support
- Teaching experience or group facilitation experience
We welcome applications from candidates who have worked as professional counsellors but may have no or limited teaching experience. We can offer teacher development and qualifications to enable teaching success.

Annual salary: £32.41 - £45.85 per hour (subject to qualifications, skills and experience)
