Do you want a flexible, part-time role where you can support assessors and positively impact learner success?
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) for Sports Massage to join our professional and supportive team.
This is a flexible, part-time opportunity (up to 10 hours) to play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of assessment across our Sports Massage provision.
You will work collaboratively with assessors and curriculum staff to maintain high standards in line with awarding body requirements, supporting the continued success of our learners.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out internal quality assurance of Sports Massage assessments in line with awarding body standards
- Sampling learner work, observing assessments, and providing constructive feedback to assessors
- Supporting assessors with standardisation and best practice
- Maintaining accurate records of quality assurance activities
Qualifications
- A recognised qualification in Sports Massage (Level 3 or above)
- A relevant IQA/Internal Verifier qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- Experience in assessing and/or quality assuring Sports Massage qualifications
- Strong organisational skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards

Annual salary: Circa Β£19 per hour including Holiday Pay (Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)
Hours: up to 10 hours Part-time/variable
