We are looking for an exceptional practitioner who is passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning. The successful candidate will teach a range of practical and theory-based beauty units across Levels 1 to 4, supporting learners to develop the skills, knowledge, and professional behaviours required to succeed within this exciting and evolving sector.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering engaging and inspiring practical beauty lessons
  • Supporting learners to achieve their full potential and progress into employment or higher-level study
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, professionalism, and industry practice within the commercial training salons
  • Contributing to the development of an innovative and industry-relevant curriculum
  • Assessing learner work and providing constructive feedback to support progress and achievement
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an outstanding student experience

What we're looking for:

  • A recognised Beauty Therapy qualification at Level 3 or above (Level 4 desirable)
  • Recent and relevant industry experience within the beauty sector
  • Experience of delivering a range of beauty treatments and commercial salon practices
  • A passion for teaching, coaching, and developing future beauty professionals
  • A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable
  • Previous experience of teaching or training within Further Education would be advantageous

Hours: Variable hours contract
