Are you looking for an opportunity to lead and inspire the next generation of football talent? Do you want to be part of a growing sports academy with strong local partnerships and big ambitions? As the Eastbourne Campus continues to develop and expand its sports academies, we are now seeking a qualified Football Coach to lead our Men’s Football Academy. This is an exciting chance to join a passionate and growing department that aims to establish itself as a centre of excellence for sport academia and academy pathways.
Responsibilities
- Leading the Men’s Football Academy programme, delivering high‑quality coaching sessions and match‑day management.
- Working collaboratively with coaches across all academies to support player development both on and off the pitch.
- Supporting students’ personal growth, wellbeing, and academic progress throughout their college journey.
- Working in partnership with Eastbourne Town FC to create opportunities for local young people within the community.
Qualifications
- A recognised football coaching qualification (minimum UEFA C/Level 2 Coaching or equivalent).
- Experience coaching young people and supporting their personal and athletic development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- A genuine passion for football development and a commitment to helping young players reach their potential.

Annual salary: Circa £32 - £45 per hour – this includes holiday pay. (Subject to qualifications, skills and experience)
Hours: Sessional – approx. 3.5 hours per week – must be available Monday 14.30 – 16.30 & Wednesday 13.00 – 15.00.
