Are you looking for a hands-on role in a busy and friendly coffee shop environment? Do you want to use your customer service skills to make a real difference every day? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our coffee shop team. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors, delivering great service while maintaining high standards across all areas of the café. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and thrives as part of a team.
This exciting role will include:
- Delivering excellent customer service and preparing drinks/food to high standards
- Maintaining stock levels, replenishing displays, and supporting with deliveries
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, health & safety, and presentation
- Using initiative to maximise sales and confidently operate the till
