Are you looking for a hands-on role in a busy and friendly coffee shop environment? Do you want to use your customer service skills to make a real difference every day? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our coffee shop team. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors, delivering great service while maintaining high standards across all areas of the café. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and thrives as part of a team.

This exciting role will include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service and preparing drinks/food to high standards
  • Maintaining stock levels, replenishing displays, and supporting with deliveries
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, health & safety, and presentation
  • Using initiative to maximise sales and confidently operate the till

If you can demonstrate the following, then we’d love to hear from you:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or retail
  • A positive, “can-do” attitude with strong customer focus
  • Confidence working in a busy environment and as part of a team

College location: Based at our Eastbourne Campus.
Annual salary: Circa £24,500 FTE – Circa £11,900 Actual.
Hours: Part Time – 22.5 Hours/36 Weeks Term Time Only. Hours to be worked est. 9.15-14.30 Monday to Friday September Start
