We’re on the lookout for an inspirational, high‑energy Travel, Tourism & Aviation Lecturer to join our dynamic Service Industries department and help shape the future of the next generation of industry professionals.
In this fast‑paced and exciting role, you’ll deliver engaging, industry‑relevant teaching across our Travel, Tourism & Aviation programmes, primarily at Levels 1‑3. You’ll bring the world of global travel to life in the classroom — inspiring students with your expertise while preparing them for real careers in one of the world’s most vibrant sectors.
Working alongside passionate colleagues and supportive managers, you’ll have the opportunity to share your industry insight, ignite ambition in your students, and drive excellence across the department. As both a Course Lead and Personal Tutor, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding learners to achieve their full potential — supporting their progress, encouraging outstanding attendance, and helping them build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
You’ll also be a key contributor to the department’s continued success by shaping curriculum development, collaborating in team meetings, and helping to plan and review innovative learning activities that keep our provision fresh, relevant, and exciting.
Beyond the classroom, you’ll represent the department at open evenings, parents’ evenings, and other college events, helping to showcase the incredible opportunities available within Travel, Tourism & Aviation.
Thanks to growing student demand, we’re offering flexible opportunities with both full‑time and part‑time roles available. Standard working hours are 8:45 am – 5:00 pm, giving you the chance to thrive in a structured yet energetic college environment.
