East Surrey College is seeking an inspirational Director of Inclusion and Wellbeing to provide strategic leadership for Inclusion, Safeguarding and Wellbeing services, ensuring all learners, including those with SEND, have access to high-quality support to thrive, achieve and progress.
Reporting to the Assistant Principal Student Support, you will lead the development and delivery of a college-wide strategy for inclusion, safeguarding and wellbeing, overseeing SEND, learning support.
