We are currently seeking to appoint two inspirational and enthusiastic Facilities Lead to work in our Facilities department across both Colleges in Redhill and Selsdon. The purpose of this role is to contribute to the provision of first‑class facilities for students and staff, providing a safe, secure environment for students, staff and visitors.
The role requires specialist multi‑skills in plumbing, carpentry or painting and decorating. The Facilities Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment by delivering a prompt and competent repair and maintenance service. Due to the nature of this role there may be a requirement at times to work outdoors in all weathers.
The successful candidate must have:
- Previous experience as a multi‑skilled tradesman or in a similar facilities role
- Experience of working within a busy and demanding environment
- A good knowledge of using online systems and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent (achieved or willing to obtain)
- NEBOSH qualification or a certificate in progress is desirable
