Are you ready to lead and shape the future of apprenticeships across a thriving college group? We are looking for an experienced leader to drive the growth, development, and management of apprenticeship provision across our college group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with curriculum teams, employers, and support services to deliver outstanding apprenticeship experiences. You will ensure high-quality delivery from initial enquiry through to End Point Assessment (EPA), supporting curriculum planning and embedding strong employer engagement. You will also lead and manage the Assessor/Reviewer team, drive quality assurance processes, and oversee apprenticeship tracking and reporting. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service to employers and apprentices, along with tailored support for vulnerable learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead performance management across apprenticeship provision
- Manage all aspects of the Assessor/Reviewer team, including recruitment, induction, and development
- Collaborate with curriculum and employer services teams to plan, develop, and grow apprenticeship programmes
- Oversee quality assurance processes, data management, and compliance with funding and regulatory guidelines
- Act as main contact for employer and apprentice queries, ensuring timely, professional resolution
- Support onboarding and learner support processes, including for vulnerable apprentices
- Report regularly on performance and compliance to senior leadership
- Support the Vice Principal with other duties commensurate with the role.
