Orbital South Colleges Group is seeking a Transition Practice Lead to develop and oversee a high-quality transition offer for learners with EHCPs and other learning barriers.
Reporting to the Head of Inclusion, you will lead transition planning, coordinate EHCP consultations, and line-manage Transition Officers while building strong partnerships with Local Authorities, schools, SENCOs, parents and carers.
