Orbital South Colleges Group is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Programme Manager to join our College Group. This role plays a pivotal part in leading high‑quality teaching, learning, and curriculum development across allocated departments. The role may involve working across a variety of departments, such as Accounting, Business Studies, Sport, Public Services, Health & Social Care, Access to HE, Childcare and Early Years, Animal Management, Travel & Tourism, Aviation, and Science.
Working closely with the Director of Learning, you will provide academic leadership, manage staff, and ensure an outstanding learning experience for all students. You will oversee curriculum planning, quality assurance, staff development, and operational delivery across your designated curriculum areas. The role also includes deputising for the Director of Learning when required. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator or curriculum leader who is ready to take the next step into a wider management role.

About You: We are looking for someone who brings:
- A full teaching qualification
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject specialism.
- A strong track record of teaching success within FE.
- Experience of managing staff, course leadership, curriculum coordination, or supervising staff.
- Knowledge of FE curriculum developments, quality improvement, and assessment practices.
- The ability to lead teams through high expectations, manage change, and drive continuous improvement.
