Your role: In this key role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Transport Manager to ensure full legal compliance with Department for Transport requirements. You’ll champion safe and legal vehicle operations across our fleet – providing guidance, training, and practical support to managers while helping shape a strong safety culture throughout the organization. From contributing to accident investigations to maintaining accurate compliance documentation, your work will play a vital role in keeping our people, vehicles, and communities safe. If you are a fully CPC‑qualified Transport Manager, you will be named on the organisation's Vehicle Operator Licence (O' Licence). If you are not yet qualified but have a positive attitude and experience in transport coordination or management, we will support you to gain your CPC qualification, with a view to being named on the O' Licence on completion.
