Overview: East Suffolk Services Limited β part of a dynamic, growing organisation delivering essential local services to the community. This is a permanent role based in Lowestoft, Suffolk NR32 2EF or Ufford, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP13 6ET. The position is 37 hours per week.
Be part of a team that makes a difference. We are looking to join our Facilities Management team as a Multi-Skilled Operative.
Role and Responsibilities: This role has a primary focus on painting and decorating, with varied knowledge of building and maintenance work. You will undertake a wide range of maintenance tasks, from minor repairs to major refurbishment on the relevant portfolio of buildings, facilities and associated sites.
What you will need:
- Experience of inspection, fault finding and testing
- An NVQ 2 in a building trade or a minimum of 7 years recent experience and a qualification in either NRSWA, IPAF, 360deg, Digger Operator, Mechanical Shovel operator or Chainsaw
- A full driving licence is essential
