Your role

To provide strategic leadership and day to day management of a selection of the General Fund Property and Investment portfolio. To be responsible for valuations, Landlord and Tenant work, lettings, purchases, disposals, inspections, service charge budgeting, general property management and rent/debt monitoring.

What you will need

The candidate will have extensive recent experience in the professional property workplace and experience of operating in a local authority environment either at County, District or Unitary level is desirable. The post holder will hold a relevant RICS qualification and will have relevant post qualification experience, 5 years is desirable, but less will be considered. You will also have experience of lease and tenancy negotiations, letting, valuations and general property management. The candidate will have experience of dealing with senior personnel and, if possible, Council Members.
