Your role
You will work collaboratively as part of the Housing Leadership Team to ensure high quality, affordable services are delivered to the residents of East Suffolk. You will lead the strategic planning and programming of investment in the council’s housing assets, deliver a range of housing investment projects across the district, proactively seek and acquire accommodation to meet ongoing housing need, and develop investment programmes for existing homes based on sound asset information.
What you will need
You will have previous experience within a construction, property or design environment along with experience of managing projects from inception to delivery. The post holder will have thorough knowledge and understanding of CDM regulations and the ability to manage and organise a team of professionals.
