We currently have an opportunity to join our growing Commercial team as a Sales Executive.

Your role:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across Suffolk.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and promoting our services through tailored solutions.
  • Managing the full sales journey, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and customer‑focused experience.
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver high‑quality proposals, support bids, and contribute service improvements that meet client needs and drive growth.
  • Producing reports on current and proposed commercial activity to enable the company to grow, learn and adapt to the commercial landscape.

What you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and have high levels of initiative, travelling between customer locations in Suffolk building commercial relationships.
