The role requires an excellent communicator able to engage and influence a wide variety of stakeholders and residents. A key part of the role is building trust and rapport with residents, following procedures and being firm but fair.
What You Will Need
Successful candidate will have the ability to communicate with a wide variety of tenants, even in demanding circumstances, and use software systems in day‑to‑day duties. The post holder will deal with the public in difficult situations and liaise with partners and agencies.
Requirements: a full UK driving licence and a vehicle, due to traveling/visiting tenants’ homes on a weekly basis.
