Responsibilities

  • Work within the Council’s housing maintenance team to deliver excellent services to tenants.
  • Participate in the emergency out-of-hours rota team.
  • Undertake a wide range and scale of maintenance tasks, from minor repairs to major refurbishment works, using plumbing qualifications.

Requirements

  • Good and varied knowledge of building and domestic maintenance work, including inspection, fault finding, and testing of domestic properties.
  • Possession of a plumbing qualification.
  • Desirable but not required: a Legionella Inspection Qualification.
