Responsibilities
- Undertake inspections of maintenance defects, identify suitable remedial actions and extent of work necessary to rectify or improve the reported defect.
- Identify works necessary to be undertaken from the rolling Capital works programme.
- Carry out void property inspections and commission work to meet current lettable standards.
- Undertake stock condition surveys.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Building Maintenance environment and a good understanding of building regulations.
- Candidate will have experience of safe systems and processes for the collection, recording, analysis and reporting of data, ensuring data is accurate, valid, reliable, timely, relevant and complete.
